Return & Refund Policy
At Charm & Grace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and ear accessories (once opened)
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@charmandgraces.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and the reason for your return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package your item securely with the return authorization number
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (you're responsible for return shipping costs)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@charmandgraces.com and we'll help arrange an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@charmandgraces.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Tracking your shipment closely
- Requiring a signature upon delivery if possible
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you'll need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
